You don’t need to redeem a PaysafeCard code. Simply select PaysafeCard as a payment method on one of the PaysafeCard partner websites. If you have a My PaysafeCard account, add your PaysafeCard code to it. You can then pay by entering your username and password at the selected web store’s checkout.

Use a PaysafeCard code to pay online on hundreds of websites in several countries. Choose from one of the many PaysafeCard partner websites that accept PaysafeCard codes in the following categories:

  • VoIP, Telephony & Messaging.

  • Sports betting, poker and more.

To contact customer service or lock your PaysafeCard PIN, visit the Customer Service page.

Check your PaysafeCard balance by using the Balance Checker:

  • Underneath the title Check PIN value enter the code we sent to your email.

  • Click on the Check PIN value button to view your amount.

Your PaysafeCard code has no expiration date. After 12 months, 3€ a month will be deducted from your balance.

PaysafeCard prepaid code customers without a PaysafeCard account are subject to a maintenance fee of €3 or equivalent in voucher currency if their voucher is not fully redeemed within 30 days of purchase. This fee will be charged monthly until the voucher balance is empty.

You will need a My PaysafeCard account. It is a simple and convenient way to store all of your PINs in one place.
